Every carer employed by us undergoes stringent checks, starting with the interviewing process. We personally interview every applicant and take up two written references.

Applicants then attend an intensive training program, which includes Induction, Moving People Safely and Health & Safety. After this they are placed with an experienced member of staff to ‘shadow’ them. Throughout their time with us every member is continuously updated in things such as Medication training, First Aid and Dementia training. They are also encouraged and assisted to achieve their NVQ in social care qualifications.

All of our carers are competent, caring and responsible and are dedicated to providing a high standard of care and upholding the company’s policies.
