Our Staff
All our staff undergo stringent checks, starting with the interview process. We personally interview every applicant and ensure they have two satisfactory references. A CRB check and ISA check are carried out.
The applicant then attends an intensive training program, including their induction program and all mandatory training courses. Before starting they are placed with an experienced member of staff to “shadow” them.
Throughout their time with us, every member of staff continually updates their mandatory training as well as attending additional courses including Parkinson’s Awareness, Lone Worker Training and Motor Neurones Awareness. They are also encouraged and assisted to achieve their NVQ Level 2 & 3.
All staff are regularly observed by one of supervisors and attend staff supervision meetings.
All our staff are competent, caring and responsible and are dedicated to providing a high standard of care and upholding the company’s policies. News Update 8th July 2010– We have successfully supported another 3 members of staff through their NVQ
